Mochi is a native macOS application that runs AI models locally on your hardware. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Mochi processes all data locally on your device. We have no access to your conversations or files. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to use Mochi to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You are responsible for outputs produced by AI models running on your hardware.
Mochi and its branding are proprietary. Open-source AI models are subject to their respective licenses (Apache 2.0, Llama License, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mochi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
